Intro to the 8-Limbs of Yoga Workshop

This workshop is for beginners and those who wish to learn more about the all the limbs of yoga. We will include discussion and practice of: Yamas, NiYamas, Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath), Pratyahara (sense withdrawal), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation) and Samadhi (enlightenment). We will also discuss and provide information on the 7 main Chakras (energy centers). There will practice on breath work, meditation and the workshop will conclude with a 60-minute gentle flow class (including some restorative yoga postures).

Cost: Monthly Members: $30; Class Pass Holders: $35; Non-Members: $40
